Production Assistant, Internship

Fred & Farid Paris is looking for a Production Assistant Intern to support its Production team in the development and execution of campaigns and creative content.

This is an active internship opportunity based in Paris. The position is available as soon as possible, depending on the candidate’s availability.

The Role

Within the Production team, and in close collaboration with the creative teams, you will support the agency’s projects and discover the different stages of production, from brief to final delivery.

You will be involved in:

Assisting producers with project coordination and production follow-up.
Contributing to the creation and updating of production timelines.
Supporting the operational and administrative follow-up of projects.
Researching talent and partners according to production needs.
Helping prepare and organize shoots.
Following up on deliverables and coordinating between different stakeholders.
Monitoring creative trends, emerging talent and innovations across production, communications and digital.

 Your Profile

Student in communications, advertising, audiovisual production, marketing or an equivalent field.
First experience, through an internship or apprenticeship, in a communications agency or production company.
Strong interest in creativity, art, visual culture and creative industries.
Organized, rigorous and reliable.
Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Good command of office tools and interest in AI tools.
Professional working English.

Conditions

Internship agreement required.
Duration: 4 to 6 months.
Start date: as soon as possible, depending on availability.
Stipend in accordance with current French legal requirements.
Based in Paris.
