As the #1 web-based comic platform for millions around the world, Webtoon was in need of a global reintroduction that could revive conversation and attention of this beloved service. Current readers were already addicted to Webtoon with more people tuning into Webtoon series than television shows. The problem was, they were keeping their obsession and the stories they were invested in on the down low.

To encourage a more vocal show of their Webtoon love, we set out to normalize our audience’s obsession with Webtoon stories. In each film, we showcased talent who knew this Webtoon obsession personally, manifesting both the emotional rollercoaster you experience when you follow a story so closely. Combined with the fact that the pandemic kept us all indoors stewing at this time, we dialed up this reality in our series, bringing obsession to new heights and appreciation for current and new Webtoon fans.
