Peacock, the latest streaming service to join the market, was looking for an anthemic mic-drop moment during the Tokyo Olympics. The only problem was, other brands and competitors were looking to do the same. So in order to stand out in the cluttered media landscape, we needed to lean on something true and reflective of Peacock users today, something people didn’t quite yet realize about the service.
We uncovered the truth that by bringing the best of streaming and the best of TV together, Peacock freed people to choose whatever they wanted to watch, in whatever way they wanted to watch it. Whether it was watching sports with friends or reruns of a classic by yourself, Peacock gave people the choice to remake traditional viewing experiences with new options and new ideas of their service. The result? A playful reflection that no one watches Peacock the same way.
